Pick up and Shipping
In case you chose 'shipping' at checkout, shipping fees will be charged as follows:
» EUR 3,90 within Austria
» EUR 9,90 to Germany
From EUR 50,00 we ship your orders free of charge within Austria and from EUR 150,00 to Germany.
Unfortunately at this point we are unable to offer delivery to other countries.
We ship exclusively carbon neutrally with Austrian Post. Deliveries usually arrive within 1-3 working days (Austria) or 3-5 working days (Germany).
Click & Collect
In order to offer you an even more environmentally friendly alternative to CO2-neutral shipping, we have found partners in Dornbacher Grätzl-Greißler, Dornbacher Straße 101, 1170 Vienna and Wald & Wiese Honig- und Trüffelspezialitäten, Kaiserstraße 33, 1070 Vienna, where you can collect (and return) your orders. If you have selected 'Pick up' in the order process, you can collect your parcel during business hours after receiving a collection confirmation by e-mail. There are no additional costs for you. Please bring an official photo ID with you to collect your parcel.

Regardless of the shipping method you originally selected, you may also return the items to our collection partners Dornbacher Grätzl-Greißler, Dornbacher Straße 101, 1170 Vienna and Wald & Wiese, Kaiserstraße 33, 1070 Vienna during business hours, free of charge.
After the goods have successfully been checked, the reimbursement is usually made within 14 days to the original means of payment.
